Kayseria Rang-e-Banaras Eid Collection 2015-2016 derives its insprition from the beautiful motifs of banarasi sarees. Banaras also known as Varanasi, was the hub of banarasi saris. These are till date one of the finest sarees of India. They are known for their gold and silver brocade and zari, fine silk and opluent embroidery. The Sarees are made of finely woven silk and decorated with delicate rcih designs because of which are relatively heavy. Their specail characteristic are Mughal inspired designs such as intricate intertwining floral motifs, kalga and bail, a string of upright leaves caleed jhallar at the outer edge of border is a characteristic of these sarees.
